We have four acquisition assistants, who will organise everything to provide you with a seamless move. They will book the removal firm, liaise with porters, change the locks, contact interior designers, arrange the utilities, organise parking permits and even secure the mooring rights! Efficient, experienced and good humoured, the Prime Purchase assistants will do whatever it takes to complete your move. They will oversee everything to the last detail. The list of requests that they have had to fulfil is endless – but it’s all part of our service to make you feel at home.

Philip is Head of Savills Country House Consultancy and advises on all aspects of property management including staffing, running costs and project management, to ensure that your objectives as owner are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
