Prime Purchase assists its clients with the three key stages in the buying process:

Opening new doors

Our local experts will provide you with unrivalled access to properties, both those publically marketed, and through our wide network of contacts, many that are not on the open market. To make your search as simple and time efficient as possible, our agents will visit short-listed properties prior to you viewing.

Checking every detail

By investigating all aspects of your potential purchase before you commit and bringing in specialist advice where required we ensure there are no unwelcome surprises in the future.

Winning

Structuring negotiations with a creative approach to ensure you are the preferred purchaser are second nature to the team. Once terms are agreed we’ll work with solicitors to steer the transaction through to a successful exchange of contracts. On the day of completion we’ll inspect the property before final monies are released and will be on hand to make sure your move is as seamless as possible.

Prime Purchase is an independent subsidiary of Savills and since its establishment in 2002, has bought more than £2 billion of property across London and the country. Our team includes buying specialists dedicated to Central, South West and North London, as well the prime regional country house, farms and estates markets. Each buying agent works only with between 5 and 10 clients at any one time.

We also pride ourselves in looking after clients after a deal has been done and introduce them to architects, interior designers, private banks, tax specialists and solicitors as part of our service. In the past we have made beds, hosted drinks parties and even found a dog breeder.
