Charlie has lived and worked in Wiltshire and the Cotswolds all of his life; his family has farmed in the area for many generations. His local knowledge and extensive contacts, both professional and personal, mean he often hears about properties before they reach the open market.
He is well known for his discretion and professional approach, which has led to his involvement in a number of prime country, farm and estate transactions.
Before joining Prime Purchase he set up and ran for 11 years, the country house and farms office for an independent firm based near Hungerford. He is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
